How much chemical dispersant was used in the gulf oil spill?

How would chemical dispersants effect the fish?

    According to the Alaska Community Action on Toxics, it can cause "respiratory, nervous system, liver, kidney and blood disorders" in animals and humans.

    According to the FDA, there are no has been no long term research on the effects of dispersants. However the worse side effect, dispersant bubbles, dissipate after 90 days.
